Rules

1. Competitors must be between 6 and 12 months and not yet walking. Competitors walking during competition will be disqualified, without refund. 2. Competition is open to residents of Monongalia and adjoining counties. 3. Entry forms are available on website: http://www.moncountyfair.org Click on Competitions Bring completed application to registration. No forms will be accepted until 1:00 pm TBD, 2012. 4. Completed forms must be received no later than 1:45 pm during registration Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Mylan Park Event Center. 5. Only two adults may accompany the baby at the “Racetrack”. 6. At no time can the parent or guardian enter the boundaries of the “Racetrack”. 7. Babies will crawl the length of the “Racetrack” which will be 10’ x 10’. 8. Should there not be a winner at the end of three minutes, the baby closest to the finish line will be declared the winner. A registration fee of $10 is payable ONLY in cash or money order the day of the event. Checks will not be accepted.
