Queen’s Pageant
Queen Pageant Contestants must be between the ages of 16-21. WV Association of Fairs and Festivals Queen Contestants must be 16 years of age by January 1, of the current year and must not have turned 22 years of age on or before January 1, of the current year. The Miss Monongalia County Fair Queen Pageant is open to Monongalia, Marion, Preston and WVU students only.

Teen Pageant

Deadline:
The application deadline has been extended.
All applications must be in by July 20th, 2012 to the Fair office (including payment) to be considered.
Registration forms may be mailed to or dropped off at the fair office.

2011 Queen
Danielle Eddy is from Fairview, West Virginia. She is an Education Major at West Virginia University. She loves children and wants to teach the 2nd grade. Danielle is a member of the Daybrook Methodist Church where she is a Sunday School teacher.
Danielle’s ambition for the future is to graduate college with a Masters in Education. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, fishing, volunteering, and shopping.
2011 Teen
Julia Mellett is from Morgantown, the daughter of Beth Lewis and Brian Mellett. She is 14 years old and attends University High School. She enjoys soccer, writing, filming, track and field, reading and traveling. Some awards for Julia include; Young Writer’s Contest Participant, Principals Honor Roll, and Regional Spelling Bee. Julia’s ambition for the future is to become a New York Times Best Selling Authors.
2011 Junior Miss
Kaylee Weigner is from Morgantown, the daughter of Stephanie Daniel and Josh Weigner. She is 10 years old and attends Mylan Park Elementary. She is in the choir and Honors Art. Kaylee enjoys gymnastics, writing short stories, drawing/coloring and swimming. Kaylee’s ambition for the future is to be a Veterinarian and one day run her own animal shelter.
2011 Little Mister
Little Mister 2011 Koby James Brooks..son of Tracey and Leslie Brooks of Maidsville. Koby will be a student of Mylan Park Elem. and his favorite subject is Math. He loves to ride his dirt bike, play basketball , wrestle and most of all play his the drums.He has a professional trap set that he uses in daily… He has been doing drumming since he was a baby using straws and pencils.. His whole family is talented and his sister Kayleigh sang both Little Mister and Little Miss pageant nights.
2011 Little Miss
Little Miss 2011 Azia Shaffer is the daughter of Donnie and Kelly Shaffer of Lakeview Drive, Morgantown. She will attend Cheat Lake Elem. and is active in Dance, swimming, cheer leading and gymnastics where she loves doing flips on the trampoline.
