VENDOR INFO

All Vendors should have current licenses and permits required for the sale of their products. Commercial Vendors must provide the Monongalia County Fair with a certificate of liability insurance listing the Monongalia County Fair Association, Inc as additional insured once we have accepted you as a vendor. Required utilities will be provided to commercial vendors at no additional cost as long as all required needs are specified on the original application. The vendor must provide connection equipment.

Indoor and Outdoor Vendor Rates:

INDOOR RATES
Fee for 10 ft by 10 ft space inside Hazel Ruby building	$50/day or $200/week
Fee for 10 ft by 10 ft Food Vendor, inside Hazel Ruby building	$500/week
OUTDOOR RATES
Fee for Food Vendor, outside space	$500/week
Entry fee for outside space with your own tent, etc. (sizes vary- Non food)	$400/week
Fee for outside space with your own tent (Games) non-profit	$200/week

Location and Directions

The Monongalia County Fair will be held at Mylan Park in Morgantown, West Virginia. For directions to Mylan Park, click here. The Mon County Fair Association has the right to refuse the display or sale of items including, but not limited to, guns, knives, swords, pornography, and other items the Association deems inappropriate.
